Great service, I managed to recover all of my data!

Only allowing 5 days to review recovery wasn't long enough for non-technical people to review. Otherwise all my data was recovered off a corrupted hard drive.

DataRecovery worked hard to ensure my data was recovered completely to my satisfaction. Great company!

My experience from start to finish was very good. The data was restored and usable (from the spot checks I did) when I got it back. My only fault is that it was much more expensive than I expected. I also felt that, on top of charging $950 to recover the data, your charging $29.95 for 30 day backup and $90 for the external drive on which to return the data (quite a markup from what I'm sure was your cost) was a bit of taking advantage. That alone kept me from rating the service Excellent and while of course I hope we never have to do so, I would use your service again. Please keep my identity and that of my company confidential."

[Note: Our markup for return media drives is not much. We have to buy them at retail prices. Clients always have the option to provide their own as well.]
