Our laboratories
Both locations are full-service laboratories with ISO Class 5 cleanrooms. Drop-off hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and we are closed on statutory holidays. Please call ahead so an engineer can meet you.

Most clients ship. When you open a ticket we email a discounted shipping label for the United States and Canada, addressed to the laboratory that will handle your ticket. Our packing and shipping guide shows how to protect a drive in transit. If you are not sure how to pack something, call first and we will walk you through it.
