I was pleased with the end result, data fully recovered. I was a little put off by the process though. I alsways used your competitor [...] for this service and they do NOT require a credit card up front. They do the work and provide you an opportunity to see what they recovered through an online portal before you are ever even asked for a payment method. I like this method better and will probably go back to them for this service the next time I or a client are in need.

While I was extremely happy you were able to recover all my data, I was not happy that I was told I would simply be able to copy all the data to a new hard drive and the system would function like before. This was a 'specific' question I asked prior to agreeing to the terms.
