“Everything went smoothly and every agent I spoke with over the phone and via email where very informative and easy to work with. Everything was recovered successfully but did have one main missing folder that was not on my drive that was sent back but was still located on the recovery backup that you all made in house. Was told I could either send the drive back to have the additional data transferred to the new backup drive or I’d have to purchase a thumb drive at an additional $50 that I was not expecting. Opted to purchase a thumb drive due to this material was very time sensitive for graphic design projects and didn’t want to risk damage of the new drive in transit. Other than that it was a pleasant experience working with Data Recovery.”
