It took longer than expected, but I am thrilled to have my pictures back from an external hard drive I had them on. I had accidentally run a back up of my computer onto the drive with my pictures of my daughter growing up, and they were able to retrieve the data! Thrilled!! The best thing is if they were not able to they would not have charged us.

It would have been nice to have instructions on what to look for and how to download. it was expensive to do this and not sure if it was worth it just for pictures.
