Communication was very good in general. I would have liked to know all attendant costs (like back-up drive, etc) before agreeing. Also, would have liked an instruction guide to accessing/restoring data. Felt kind of abandoned after I received my data back. finally figured it out on my own. Would have liked a bit more "hand-holding".
