I cannot say enough positives about this company, and in particular Lauren [...], who was meticulous to a fault in keeping me appraised on what was going on with my laptop. Not only was the hard drive failing, as well as corrupted, so was the programming. I had over 15 years of photos on this laptop as well as 26 years of financial information. I was beside myself because I thought I had forever lost the data/photos because I had not backed up any of this data. I was pleasantly surprised at the expedited turn-around of only a couple days. And Denise was very helpful and cordial. Since I have been out of the country on an extended trip, I have not been able to purchase a new computer to determine if the data was retrieved successfully.
