Dear Mr. Thole:
I just wanted to provide a short note regarding my recent experience in using your company to retrieve the data from my hard drive. Your prompt service in responding to what appeared to be a "lost cause" with regard to the retrieval of my data was very professional, and enabled me to continue my work with a minimum interruption.
Your service has already been recommended to our LAN support team, and while we hope not to require it on a regular basis, it is important to know that you can provide the service when needed.
