To make a long story short,… your staff took a very professional interest in our case, got us started in the right direction, and within a matter of days, we had 100% of all our data on our new systems!
…To my further surprise I was told later that the cost estimate for recovery would be around $700 less than was I was expecting to pay at my current data recovery specialist. The deal was topped off by a timely response and turnaround, and all data was returned on an external hard drive instead of multiple DVD disks like was the norm at the last place.
