Just wanted to write and express my appreciation to you and the engineer at ESS who handled my recent case of hard drive failure. The hard drive in question came from the computer of a critical manager here at the Post-Dispatch. If the drive had been lost, it would have been disastrous, to say the least. My case was handled in a professional manner from start to finish and I am relieved that ESS was able to recover the entire drive.
