“Justin McClelland was quite helpful getting my “decade-silent” customer’s job completed. We haven’t produced data tapes in 15~20 years, and we’ve gotten rid of all related equipment. Our current tech staff are not familiar with tapes . Our customer sent me a very degraded QIC tape. Your engineering/tech staff managed to recover some of the data from the fragile 15+ year-old tape. My customer ended up having a data source (that wasn’t found in 2022, when I asked with the first attempt). The provided data files filled in the gaps of what was recovered. My only grief came from my indecisive customer. Thanks to DataRecovery.Com’s determination, and “rolling-with-the-punches”, my frustration was limited. – John”
