“As I’m sure you’re aware (because I got an email […] about it ;-), the recovery took quite a long time (over a month in all). After I was told that the case had been “escalated” it took (only?) another five days or so. Along the way, I had to initiate almost all of the check-ins or status updates. After payment was run, I had to reach out to request the invoice/receipt (it didn’t happen automatically). I was happy that the data was eventually recovered, but communication could have been more timely and thorough.”

[Note: More specialized services tend to be more expensive, and unfortunately recovery can be expensive sometimes. We do what we can to keep costs low for our clients and are very competitive in that.]
