“My experience from start to finish was very good. The data was restored and usable (from the spot checks I did) when I got it back. My only fault is that it was much more expensive than I expected. I also felt that, on top of charging $950 to recover the data, your charging $29.95 for 30 day backup and $90 for the external drive on which to return the data (quite a markup from what I’m sure was your cost) was a bit of taking advantage. That alone kept me from rating the service Excellent and while of course I hope we never have to do so, I would use your service again. Please keep my identity and that of my company confidential.”

[Note: Our markup for return media drives is not much. We have to buy them at retail prices. Clients always have the option to provide their own as well.]
