| Scenario |
Customer's IBM Thinkpad 2681 Model 3UU laptop was acting funny
and would not boot up properly. The customer had taken his drive
out of an older laptop and put it in an external enclosure and
plugged it into the USB drive. That worked fine, but about a
quarter of the way through it stopped recognizing the drive.
